Terrible service provider

<p>I had a call from Mobile Talk - who offered me the J1 at R99 per month. I ordered two contracts with them. They did advise they were powered by Telkom. Since 27 March 2016, it is either the delivery company - RAM couriers, could not deliver, or there was no stock. I received a call from a rep, stating stock will not be replenished. They will cancel the order. Imagine my surprise when my account was debited this morning... I have requested umpteen times for a supervisor to contact me. They advised Kershan Pillay is the supervisor. However, I have not been contacted. I have requested for my money back, even fought with them. They won't budge. How can Mobile Talk not deliver & treat prospective clients like this?</p> <p>Bottom line: I want my money back. NOW. Please refund me, else I will have no alternative other than to charge Mobile Talk with *****.</p>
