Terminated service for no reason

How does Telkom come up with some amount and I am told I owe them which does not even appear on the invoices. Then they terminate my internet service without warning even though all my payments are up to date. Then the call centre people are not even helpful they mute my call for 30 mins then cut the call just like they terminated my internet service. This is very unprofessional.
