Telkom/Mobile Talk’s horrible service

Horrible service. They sent me a faulty mobile router. I sent it back and they are still debating my account. They fall under Telkom so when I contacted Telkom to help me, well nothing was really done. I have been told that the matter has been escalated. I’m still waiting
