Telkom Worst service provider

I have heard stories and complaints from other people but now i am experiencing the worst service ever. I have been waiting for my network for 5 days after i paid. They keep saying its restoring. I am working from home and without internet for 5 days though i paid. I have been buying my own airtime since am working from home to Hotspot myself. But the money i have spent is way too much than subscription fee. This means i have paid for five days and stil without internet. Not fair

All the call center says is apologies for the inconvenience.
