Telkom wifi contract *****

Im very very dissapointed and angry with Telkom.Ive been to Telkom a million times due to the fact that there was a wifi contract taken out on my name without my consent or documents given by me.telkom however is deducting R470 from my account since 2020 up to date.ive been to the police station and submitted my affidavit to Telkom personally.the 5th lady after multiple visits eventually said to me they will call me back.u waited for about 2 to 3 weeks then eventually received a call from Telkom saying that they cant assist me now but the contract will however end in October.take in consideration theyve been deducting and will continue until end of October.i then received a phone call today by the lady named Amy saying Telkom handed me over to some attorneys i need to pay an amount of plus minus 6000 of another account on my name.i feel this is getting out hand and no one can assist me at Telkom.Im letting the world know that this is wrong from telkom to accept a contract and open one without the correct persons consent.and they should not take out any contracts from Telkom.
