Telkom uselessness

I had 5 contracts with telkom and the were billing me for a phone I returned and I sent emails trying to resolve the matter and no assistance then I stopped paying and they blocked service and I've been sent to attorneys to pay. I hate telkom with a passion and I don't know how to resolve the matter
