Telkom useless.

Ive been with Telkom for a few years and never had anny problems. Last month they debitted my account about an hour before my money came in. On 29/05/2020 the next debit order went from my account and it went thru. On 02/06/2020 at about 11:00 all my lines were blocked by Telkom. Ive tried numerous times to contact Telkom and today 03/06/2020 i was able to speak to the account department. They gave me another nr to call but with my blocked line im unable to call the nr. Ive just received a voice recorded call from Telkom threttening me with legal action and i have to pay a reconnection fee. When i need to upgrade i will cancel my contracts and use another service.
