Telkom Suspended Wifi

Terrible service! Suspended wifi saying i didn't pay for September 2020 debit which i did i sent bank statement emails made calls still haven't been resolved the lady at telkom explained that because it was suspended it like put a block on my bank acc so they wont be able to collect money but now because of telkom blocking this I'm still being charged for rejected debit orders and i asked to cancel the contract with immediate effect after this drama of suspending me but that hasnt happened the bill is now of 4600 which i won't pay for Telkom who is *********** and can't do their job write
