Telkom services

I have just called Telkom and spoke to a consultant Precious Mnguni who was argumentative and extremely rude. I requested to cancel my contract which was a data contract. The agent kept on arguing with me that it's a cellphone contract not data. I said it's fine I just want to cancel it. I could not remember the cellphone number. She said I am rude she is will not help me. She will just put me on hold forever or she will just transfer me back to the line.

I requested to speak to the supervisor and she said where am I going to see the supervisor from because they are all working from home. When I asked for her name again, she said will not give it to me. I have never experienced such a horrible service in my life.
