Telkom Service Nighmare

Renewed my contract on 24 December 2021 during holiday in George. I did not make calls but realized as i started to use the phone that calls are cut off now and then. I resumed work on 4 January 2022 and it is definitely not normal that calls are lost during mid sentences and numerous times which result is call backs ext. To try and report the matter to telkom went as follows. 1) Went to local Telkom branch on 4 January 2022, situated in Pick n Pay Center Grahamstown. Although a large telkom sign appears on the outside and cellphones are on display and sold and contracts offered, , I was informed by the advisor Mr Ukhanyo that they cannot help , report or resolve cellphone problems, When asked why not, I was told that they are a Telkom Kiosk and when asked what is the difference between the service they deliver and telkom direct , I was told that Telkom direct can resolve my issues and a Kiosk cannot resolve cellphone problems or my landline that I tried to resolve over the past 3 weeks or so. I was then given advice to phone Telkom direct Port Elizabeth and he provided me with a *** number. Despite calls to this number it always say the requested number is not available at the moment and that you should call later again.IWhen this advice failed, I googled more numbers and also phoned *** TELKOM Direct Baywest,Telkom Direct George *** Garden Route) and at different times but the program repeat the same sentence mentioned previously. Can anyone confirm that any calls are answered on these numbers as it appears as if the numbers cannot receive calls. I then went back and was provided with a further set of numbers to resolve my cellphone issue (180 and 10210) When you phone these numbers and answer all the questions, you are adviced to make use of the whatsapp to make use of the whatsapp channel to resolve the issue. After waiting some time for the whatsapp link or message I took some initiative and looked up the number of a Telkom customer care number which was stated as *** and after answering all the questions you are again referred to the whatsapp application link but this time the voice message advise you that the link will be send Via SMS and I finally got the other promissed links forwarded to resolve my problem. When you open the whatsapp Telkom application you are provided with 14 choices (none cover the phone that drop calls) so you choose option 11 for help hoping to speak to a trained person that can resolve your problem. When you press 11 to activate the help response, they help you by sending you the same message and that game you can play till you are tired or top wasting your time. Tonight I tried the telkom self help Portal applicatioin "Lets Fix It" is their logo. You can upgrade, buy data , buy airtime and a fibre option but you cannot lock a cellphone problem, o that channel is useless.. Plans for tomorrow is as follows:- try another number 081180 and make a big bill board for my car complaining about the poor telkom service as I also struggle for approximately 3 weeks to restore my landline and despite 2 or 3 logging exercises which includes phoning and following up, I have been told that my line is working. I have replaced the double cable from the socket to the phone and bought another phone in case the phone is faulty but my landline does not work despite telkoms assurances that it does work. I am now investigating taking out my telkom line if they cannot resolve it after a month and if the other numbers does not work, can telkom advice me steps to cancel the contract and take out the lines all together. The possitive advise I can give to readers. If you suffer from low blood pressure, consider taking out a telkom contract. Number *** in case telkom respond to query
