Telkom self enrichment

Telkom charged me for six months for fiber which I don’t have. I have another supplier and never app**** for fiber. I queried this and I was told that they made a mistake, I requested a refund as it is close to 4K and they refuse! The cheek to take money that don’t belong to you and then refuse to pay it back is beyond my comprehension. The agents at the customer service desk continually hand me hold on for 30 to 40 minutes. They have each, for the past 4 weeks told me a different story from it will be refunded within 48 hours, to you must call us again when the credit reflect on your statement to today, sorry we don’t do refunds! Absolutely unacceptable
