Telkom poor signal

I'm staying at Northdene Vanderbijlpark in Gauteng. The signal is bad for my Telkom sim card when I'm at home. I've called Telkom but they don't upgrade or do anything to make sure I'm a happy customer. I'm not the only person experiencing this problem in my neighborhood. Please help me
