Telkom Order Process/Service.

From the 24th of February I have been trying to place an order with Telkom mobile and it has been complete waste of my time and airtime. The lady i spoke with first processed the order and told me i will get an order number in 48 hours. i waited for over 3 days and called back again and i got a different waiting period, each time when i call i get something different. Then on the 07th March they call me and say they dont have stock.

i decided to place another and each time they call or i call them they cut the call. Its so frustrating.

WHAT DOES ONE HAVE TO DO TO GET A SUCCESSFUL ORDER WITH TELKOM?!!!!!
