Telkom negligence

Good day

My name is David. I entered into an agreement with Telkom mobile for a mynet 80GB data Upgrade deal from the month of March for R199 per month. For the first month of April my debit order went off as per agreement which I was aware of, which was R199. However from May and June months an amount of R368.44 was deducted which I didn't understand. In June I decided to reverse the debit order because of the dispute I had with the amounts

Futher to this, the beginning of July after reversing the debit order I went to the Telkom shop (Meadowlands, Soweto) where I spoke to a consultation and the lady indicated the she will follow up with regards to the matter but I should but I should deposit the R368.44 back so that it doesn't affect my profile the interim. I deposited the funds begrudgingly so

After paying back the R368.44 beggining of July, I then receive that I owe them R368.44 for month of July. I was frustrated yet again I even went to Telkom shop In "Park Station, Johannesburg" to rectify the mistake which they didn't and saying I must call center for that info. I then call them immediately and spoke to a lady about the matter and she apologized and assured me that she will resolve the matter and they will be debut R199 for end of July which didn't happen.

August I receive an Sms that indicates I owe a balance of R952.29 in areas on my account. The amount of R952.29 was deducted off my account on the 13 August. After receiving this sms I called Telkom to enquire about this areas, and the indicated that the reason for the areas was the result of the one debit order was reversed. But they could not pick up the deposit I had made to correct this reversal. I don't understand how can one reversal of R359 result in an area balance of R959 the calculation doesn't add up for me. HOPE this matter will be handled with the sense of urgency that it deserves as my financial state is being compromised due to Telkom's negligence and oversite
