Telkom my biggest nightmare

I can not stress how frustrated I am with Telkom Mobile , from the first month with them I have experience problems with billing .I gave them a date to debit my account for the agreed installment they never horned that , I had to go to the store maybe change the date to accommodate them sill its not helping and all of this is costing me money from the bank because I get charged for Failed transactions, from Telkom they still have an audacity to charge me as well for something that they are at fault at . the other months I figured since they don't debit on the agreed time let me pay them Oh guess what they still bill me with fees for what I don't know. I regret the day I opened a contract with telkom.
