Telkom/Mobile Talk debiting my account 3 times

Telkom debited me on the first of the month, again yesterday and this evening as well. A total of R3000 and odd rand for wifi and cellphones that should cost me R800 for the month. The call centre is never helpful and can never really clarify what the amounts are for. I was just told that the reason for the charge is some sort of migration that i do not recall requesting.<br> <br> The staff who work for Telkom and Mobile Talk are just as *********** as the network itself!<br>
