Telkom mobile stole my airtime and data

Telkom mobile decided to delete my prepaid number with R600 worth of airtime and data in it. It took two days to recover my number but am still waiting two weeks later for my data and airtime reimbur*****t. I have been to their helpless store in Cradlestone mall no less than 6 times including calling their helpless call center atleast nine times. They each operate of unlinked systems and every time I have to start afresh. I am disgusted by this inefficiency and am definitely considering porting my number.
