Telkom mobile network coverage is very bad. Poor service

Telkom mobile is got a very bad service. I bought data last week, which expires tomorrow. I could not use it , since everytime I tried to connect to internet it would say no internet access or connection. It's been doing this the whole of last week, and mind you I bought the data to use it for very important things, for connecting to zoom meetings. Updating my CV, for attending my emails.

But I could not do all those things because Telkom mobile kept on saying no internet access/connection. And when you call them you can't even get hold of their consultants.

And now this data expires tomorrow. What a waste of money. And now am looking at porting my number to another network.
