Telkom Mobile: Handing account over to attorneys "arrears" in invoice month

I have been a customer with Telkom Mobile for more than 8 years - both contract and invoiced packages. Due to lock-down, our finance department could not work. My debit orders went off, as usual and one account that we pay manually every month reflected a balance of R238 (payment due 1 JUNE) was handed over to attorneys for collection!! WHY?? WHO IS MAKING MONEY HERE?? The account was paid by the 10th. We have just come out of a very unsettling environment and all businesses are finding feet. How can an account for R238 that is paid within 10 days after due date be handed over to attorneys for collection?? What is happening here?? This is NOT arrears - can someone please explain what is going on at Telkom Mobile??
