Telkom Mobile

I have used Telkom Mobile for the past three years without any problems. However, about two weeks ago the signal at my office in Kyalami, Midrand deteriorated to such a level that I have to go into the garden or the upstairs balcony to make a call. This has been reported and more than a week later no change. What is going on at Telkom Mobile are they cutting back on coverage?
