Telkom LTE Bundles

Today on the 18th of July I bought the famous LTE Bundle 10GB + 10GB before buying it, it says 10GB Night surfer will expire after 31 days and the other 10GB anytime data will expire after 30 days. Cool. After purchasing the 10 + 10 GB an SMS came through saying the Anytime Data will expire on the 30th July this month it’s supposed to be on the 18th of August not 30 July! I am livid I am student not funded by NSFAS and Data is expensive. Telkom is horrible, they also don’t have an e-mail whereby customers complain about their service. I had to log in to “Get help Telkom” and asked for an agent to call me, they called me and when I tried to answer the phone they dropped the call this happened 3 times. Mind you this data costs me R149 and it’s going to expire on the 30th of July whereas before I purchased it, it said after 30 DAYS!!
