Telkom login not working

Very frustrating not to be able to access the My Telkom site Having successfully registered and tried to purchase some data for my router The message incorrect e-mail or password appeared Have spoken to several people who have accounts with Telkom same message appears Real disappointing in times like these , that one has only data to connect with the outside world . all i want to do is purchase data for my router that i bought from Telkom and check the available balance
