Telkom isn't trustworthy

I had account with telkom of a router 3years back and cancelled it last year they even sent me a case number,pity I also the phone with all the details.i went for a sim swap last month.. they refused to do it, told me owe telkom 3000 but physical adress wasn't mine and for the router I was paying r150
