Telkom insurance claim

On the 20th of June I submitted all my paperwork for insurance claim on my device... the only communication I have gottenis that the is backlog for claim registration and processing... What annoys is is that I have a debit order coming up for this insurance but their are failing to provide me with peace if mind they promise when I to out this insurance on my phone.
