telkom false advertising

i recently went to telkom mobile shop, in conobia durban, Renewed my contract and brought it to the consultant that the said device is advertised with free head phones, however when i went back there the next day, i was told the deal doesnt apply, however its advertised on the website and brochure,So i app**** my rights to cancel the deal,Telkom has now cancelled my contract no to a prepaid no, Just by complaining about the incorrect adverstiment.
