Telkom mobile is is the worst Mobile net service provider. I signed for their cellphone contract beginning of the year last year. It only had network for few months, I haven't been able to use their sim card since June last year but they are deducting a full amount. I called their call centre they told me to buy a new sim card and do sim swap, I bought the sim card when it was time to perform a swim swap they told me to report to the branch which is about 400kms away from home I couldn't even now I'm paying for something I'm not using. In January this year I missed the payment onthe date of the debit order so they deducted 5 days later. To my Suprise in February they deducted for two months when I called they said its because they did not receive my payment in January. Today I received a statement stating that I'll be paying R840+ instead of R319
