Telkom does not approve clients who received chemotherapy for cancer that now have poor finger prints

I've requested a sim swop after my device was ******. It is now one week later and head office still haven't approved the sim swop. Chemotherapy damaged my veins and my fingerprints. Although I have 3 contracts with them, Telkom is refusing to do a sim swop because of my finger prints. Message loud and clear - Telkom does not want client that suffered from cancer and received chemotherapy
