telkom destroyed my life

I app**** for phone and sim card deal from telkom, they only sent a sim card, when i called tyhem and ask where is the phone, then they said the cellphone deal was rejected, i said its fine but now the problem is that i dont have a phone to use the sim card on, they said its fine i can get rid of the sim card, like throw it away, as it will not be acivated, a month later Telkom is billing me for a sim card that was never activated i was told to discard, they blacklist, my name when i call them im sent from pillar to post, its so frustrating, telkom has destroyed my life, damaged my credit record,
