Telkom delay tactics to give notice to cancel contract.

Im not happy with telkom, i have a problem with telkom as they do not want to acknowledge my request to give notice to not renew my telkom contract when it expires, they say they are investigating the problem, i dont understand how is it a problem when someone has been paying their contract for 24 months and chooses not to renew the contract, i feel its just a tactic on their side to delay the process, so that they can keep debiting my account, other service providers it takes a day to cancel their services, i dont understand why it is months with telkom.
