TELKOM CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PATHETIC!!! MY INTERNET ISNT WORKING AND I CANT GET HOLD OF ANYONE VIA THE PHONE OR APP!!!!

Im absolutely disappointed in Telkom!! We installed fibre and telkom put in the router 2 weeks ago. Since more than a week ago...the light has been red and it hasnt worked!! Telkom is very quick to make a sale and sign another contract! But now we cant get hold of them. I want this sorted or cancelled immediately!!! We have hung on for ages trying to get hold of you! We have been through the app but each time we log a fault...its system error!!! SO IS THIS THE SERVICE WE CAN EXPECT????
