Telkom Cresta

Good evening I was in the telkom shop at Cresta mall and no assistance from staff. I wanted to enquire about the new Samsung phone. Instead their was only x2 on display and a customer with her x3 son's were standing in front of the phone discussing it with x4 staff members surrounding her, her 3-4 year old son was sitting next to his mom watching telly tubbies on the phone (samsung) thus we could not look at the phones at all. After standing 30min waiting the staff never even bothered to offer assistance. Once we started walking after the staff asking assistance we were showed from one staff member to another with out assistance. X4 staff members were crouding at the door and standing talking to bystanders. Now I am left no option but to rather go either to vodacom or mtn as telkom service is so bad that i now regret taking my daughter there with praise of what good service i received from telkom befor.
