Telkom communications Sucks

I have been trying to get hold of telkom when I got through to someone to help with billing.I was told that my account was in arrears after Telkom deducted the money.There is money coming of for a product that I dont have or asked for.It will be great if someone can actually help.With vivid they work from home.The person on the phone from Telkom imp**** that I was a ****.I reverses the payment seeing that Telkom said I did not pay.Will be appreciated If some one can contact me because I cant Log in on App after many attempts
