Telkom Cellphone insurance is at a ****a shop level in servicing their customers. its like they have to make profit first before they deliver a claim.

Telkom cellphone insurance extremely poor service, I'm still paying my contracts as a loyal customer but that means nothing. its now six months I have lost count waiting for claim of new cellphone (hopefully) to be delivered. Their call center is for ever ringing. This is disappointing a big compony like Telkom is rendering a ****a shop service. I have to do floor crossing. I m considering MTN I just hate their Unnecessary SMSs
