I took out a contract with Telkom over a year ago and the network was so bad and I cancelled within 5 working days of getting the contract.

i have complained to Telkom a couple of times because now they say I owe Trlkom well over 5000 rands and I never used the modem or the data. i have called a million times and now they have handed me over for something I never used, something that I cancelled within 5 working as per their policy.

it is funny when they were selling their services and when they explained what I need to do they were very helpful, however now that I have a problem I keep on dealing with people who are not competent, no one within Telkom can help me and I am tired.

can you please help me clear my name cause I did everything accordingly and now I am about to be blacklisted because of *********** Telkom.
