Telkom bad service

I just had the worst experience with telkom, number is I took a contract with telkom and the lady forgot to insure my note 10 now it got lost , when I went to claim they saying my phone is not insured. Secondly they suspended my wifi service which I don't no why, they apologized so many time to me but it's gone like 2 weeks and I'm still disconnected. Telkom is the worse service provider out there at this moment and people please watch out .
