Telkom and Mobile talk *****

I took out a new contract with Telkom via Mobile Talk in March. When I got my for account I called Telkom to confirm the promotional contract I had signed on for. The agent confirmed it. I April my data got finished at the halfway mark. Instead of 20g I only got to use 10g. Same thing happened now in May. When I called Telkom they had to confirm the details but they dropped the phone in my ear after waiting for their system to retrieve the information. Mobile talk on the other hand has not once responded to anything from me. Both Telkom and Mobile talk are showing themselves to be ********** that only want ***** people's money by offering bogus deals that do not exist.
