Telkom Alberton Mobile

I have gone to the store to renew my contract at Telkom Alberton on the 7th May 2020, for a new P40 Lite, the consultant Lindo that helped me said he would call me when the stock came, that very weekend they gave my P40 Lite to somebody else. I went then again on the Tuesday / Wednesday to the Telkom Alberton store and dealt with Zack and now we are nearly 2 weeks later with still no cellphone upgrade. Can you please tell me am I the only person up grading my contract to a P40 Lite, but when going to the store there is ques of people waiting to up grade. I am sorry to say this is the worst service I have received from Telkom Alberton, I have 5 contracts with them 2 are due now for up grading and I just want to cancel them one for one as I am getting no joy and proper service from the Alberton Branch.

I am truly a very unhappy customer and Telkom is becoming a terrible service provider
