Talked into buying and still hasn't arrived

I was talked into agreeing to buy a contract for a tablet (at least their sales people are on the ball). Even when I was weary he got the supervisor to speak to me and they talked me into signing on. It was a good deal (R89/pm) and I wanted a tablet so I figured why not, I was told it would take 5-10 business days to arrive (11 days ago). Still haven't received my order and when I called the call centre first few times the call just ended by itself and when I finally got through they kind of gave the impression of \ yeah well not our fault it will arrive when it does."It hasn't even been processed for delivery yet!<br> I am cancelling my order.
