TAKING TOO LONG TO GIVE MY REFUND

On 9/02/2015 - got a call from MOBILE TALK - GOVENDER - offered cellphone and tablet contract. the same afternoon I received mail about conversation. on the same day I mailed back, cancelling the contract. it was confirmed. I again phoned the call centre and was told, upon delivery of goods I must send it back. I did as was told.On the 17.02.2015 an amount of R150.00 was deducted off my bank account for a contract that was suppose to have been cancelled.<br> I phoned on the 18.02.2015 - spoke to Deshni - to have this amount refunded to my bank account.<br> <br> Until today 16.04.2015, no refund was done, after several calls done to their call centre.<br>
