Super poor service

i lost my cell and my wallet and when i went to maponya mall Telkom outlet to do a sim swap with a stamped passport copy i was told i cant get help as i don't have an id card. I have waisted 4 years of my time with the Network and where i need help then am dropped like a hot potato , the Consultants at the outlet are so rude and they just leave you to stand there at the door. I have embraced the fact that i lost my long loved Number and i felt very disrespected with how they just left me hanging at the shop entrance and that time i have been loyal to the Network
