Super extremly poor service from Telkom

Lose your phone and you will see flames.I lost my phone and I have been running around like a headless chicken.The police cannot help me without me blacklisting the phone.I called 081180 for four hours.No answer.I come to the store in Matlosana Mall,they can only ask call center to call me back.Im waiting.Telkom never waited for my premium, there was never a time I did not pay Telkom.Today I'm waiting,I'm calling,I'm stuck without a phone, I left my four months old baby at home to wait again in front of the store and yet no service from Telkom.Their fragmented point of service is ridiculous.Im next to the store but they cannot help me.Telkom please fix your poor service.In the mist of covid good customer service is still important.Im waiting here like a fool who does not have any responsibilities.
