Still not connected after a week

I bought the internet service as explained to me over the Phone as I thought it was a good deal,the package with harware arrived on Friday afternoon21-08-2015.<br> Since then i have been waiting to get connected,spoke to Lillian at pinetown call center on24-08-2015 who assured me it will be connected that same day....nothing happened...tried phoning eversince but is kept waiting for an operator for hours...still no service<br> I think this is the worst service from any of the suppliers available and if compared to Vodacom I will go back to Vodacom.<br> <br> I would not reccomend any one to do bussines with Mobile talk
