Still no refund for services not received . No replies to my emails or phone calls

<p>I was promised by mobile talk that I could take their contract and upgrade it with telkom to the uncapped. Only to find out from Telkom that they will not give the uncapped unless you take out the contract with telkom direct . I returned the LTE unit with the courier service (which mobile talk sent to us) within the cool off period .This was in february </p> <p>They have since then charged me monthly fees twice . WIthout me receiveing any service from them and without me even having a unit .</p> <p>I have sent multiple emails to Serina Govender and either get no reply or a reply that they will get back to me . If you call them on the numbers provided , they say that the only way to speak to Serina Govender is via email.</p> <p>I have forwarded the statements to Nadia, proving that they debited my account as per request, but have received no response from that either </p> <p>I want my someone to get back to me regarding my refund ASAP please</p>
