Stay away from Telkom!!!!!!

I wish there was a zero star rating for this **** network. For three months now I've been getting billed different amounts and the explanation is "went over the limit'. Sure, ok. I have been paying and asked the limit to be put down to zero. Guess what, today I got a bill for R1845. Instead of R470. I'm sorry but if no one calls to explain this detail by detail, they can assign me a bad debt rating. Their phones are not going through. Their social media people are giving limited responses with no detailed explanation. The app is just as useless. Disappointed! Clearly trying to cancel will not work, judging from people's complaints.
