Stay away from telkom

I have spoke to three operators. I have canceled online but still my bank account is being debited. Cancelation requests gets canceled by telkom. Why? Please cancel this account and pay back all debited money as from 1 December 2020. As my mobile contract ended 30 November 2020 and I have not signed for a new contract.
