Stay away from Mobile Talk if you know what is good for you!!

Mobile Talk phoned me and offered me unlimited data with a router. I accept the deal, however, a few days later they delivered a phone and 2 SIM cards. Not at all what they promised me on the phone. I returned the cell and sim cards the next day after spoking to Mobile Talk a number of times. Even though the deal was cancelled, the still deduct R 300 from my account on the 1st June 2018. I am so disappointed in this company and won’t recommend them to anyone. I don’t think I will ever get my money back.

Thank you where it is due! Mobile Talk contacted me on 20 June 2018 and confirm that my contract has been cancelled. The very friendly lady assured me that they will repay me the R 300 deducted from my bank account. This morning I received notification from my bank that the money has been transferred. Thank you Mobile Talk.

Mobile Talk nightmare continuous Even after Mobile Talk phoned me and promised me that my "contract" with Telkom has been cancelled and that Telkom will not be deducting anything from my account, Telkom has been deducting R 191 every months for the past 2 months from my account. I have been trying to phone Telkom, but after waiting for 45 minutes I hang up.
