sold me a product that does not work in my area
A sales person sold me a product a LTE Modem telling it would give me fast Internet in my area. Well guess what they ****. Had trouble with it. Phoned telkom and they informed me I cannot use theis product in my area. I am now very angry. Last week friday I told them to collect the device. It is still here. They need to cancel the agreement immediatly.
