Simcard not activated after 7 days

My wife receive two ipad (Huawei MediaPad T1 8. Pro)on Thursday 21 January 2016 and after making so many calls every day they gave us the simcard numbers *** and *** and later said the other number belong to someone else and we do not know how they manage to do such thing and until today those simcard are not activated/ emergency call only <br> <br> Please send me their address so that i can return them. I cannot pay for something I did not use not in this life time <br> <br> Please do not respond to me and say you will fix that , i need your address
