Sim cards not activated

Took out a contract a couple of weeks ago ,delivery was promised in 5 to 10 working days . Only received the phones 2 weeks later . Then we where promised activation would be within 24 to 48 hours . Its been three weeks since and the activation still has not been done .<br> On phoning the call centre and attempting to get a answer they refer a person back to Telkom , Telkom refers a person back to Mobile talk .<br> There are no managers to talk to either .<br> <br> All I want is my Sim to be activated .
