Sim cards not activated

I have ordered two Hauwei Media pads and accepted delivery last week Thursday. The sim cards have however not been activated yet. It is now more than the promised 48/72 hours. My problem has been escalated by the call agents (thank you for that), but after reading all the complaints on Hellopeter about sim cards that are not activated, I refuse to wait longer. I have a business to run and can't wait on empty promises. Please assist immediately.
